Story Synopsis:
A comic book mini-series created by Umar Ditta & Elliot Balson.
Duty-bound by the Rule of Three, there are Beings which were created to serve their mortal Hosts and remain in their Cages until they were summoned once again. That is all that they knew. That is all they did.
But, one day, when Frank came across a Cage, masquerading as a mysterious bottle, he unknowingly did the only thing that made sense to him at the time. He drank from it. Which was not the wisest choice he ever made.
The single absent-minded action had caused Frank and The Being to become fused. An action which has never occurred previously. Now, with time going against them, the Being and Frank will have to figure out what they are to do next before the situation worsens.
Or before a certain monstrous individual worsens it for them…

A strange new take on genie mythology - well paced with a good amount of humour as well as some body-horror followed by a healthy serving of sinister foreshadowing. The artwork and colours worked together seamlessy to create the mood of each scene, nice variety of angles throughout and good use of a colour script to convey time, place and mood. The lettering throughout flows with ease and gives every character a distinct, almost audible voice.Looking forward to the next issue!
