Story Synopsis:

The Cosplayer that DOOMED the Earth" is the story of Griff, a lifelong fan of an old (Fictional) computer game series called "Captain Aequitas and the Veritas Squad.

Now an adult, Griff is a big fan of things that would fall under "Geek/Nerd culture" but his main passion has always been for The Captain. He attends comic cons with his friends and does the usual things of purchasing comics and other collectibles but up until the start of our first issue, there's one thing he's never done: Cosplayed.

So that's where our story starts! For the first time in his life and urged on by his best friend, Lee, Griff has decided to Cosplay for a comic con at London's Excel Centre! And who else would he dress as? Captain Aequitas of course!

With the costume completed, there was only one thing left for him to do: Go to comic con.

All seems to be going to plan and Griff is having the time of his life until...

ALIENS TURN UP! Mistaking Griff for the ACTUAL Captain Aequitas! They arrest poor Griff and take him away to be put on trial for war crimes and that's when things get REALLY wacky!
