Story Synopsis:

DUI (Drawn Under The Influence) is a 54-page large format comic book anthology. The project emerged from the community surrounding the Awesome Comics Podcast during the pandemic lockdown, as a result of excess drunken enthusiasm at a zoom-based ACP drink and draw event.

It features 17 short comic stories on various themes, some funny, some sad, some a little near the knuckle, some batshit crazy, by 26 talented contributors:

This first volume of DUI was very successful, getting many positive reviews and winning a coveted O'Closcar award from stateside comics podcast 11 O'Clock Comics. Sales from the print copies of the anthology (now out of print) raised just under £900 for the charity Refuge. Volume 2 is currently in production, expected release Summer 2022.
