Story Synopsis:
A secret government agency is developing state-of-the-art weapons for use by a soon-to-be-created squad of fireman/policeman-hybrid officers - Tactical Rescue Evacuation Police - or TREP officers.
But things don't go as planned when one inventor snaps, robs the laboratory and uses the TREP technologies to wreak havoc upon the city. The remaining members of Project TREP test their courage trying to save the city from their former colleague gone mad.
