Story Synopsis:
Pewfell is a humorous comic book series set in an epic fantasy world of the far, far future. It stars irresponsible wizard Pewfell, his incredible warrior wife, and the small blue gnome who squats under their stairs. Pewfell's a bit of a slacker who spends too much time at the pub, but he scratches out a living selling potions and, when things get really desperate, going on adventures.
In this first issue: Meet Pewfell, slacker wizard, drugstore clerk and inhabitant of the fabulous city of Spirekassle. When his warrior wife has to take a month off due to a shortage of orc settlements to pillage, Pewfell must find new ways to supplement his income...
Pewfell is written, illustrated and published by, Chuck Whelon, with additional material by occasional co-writer Adam Prosser.
Collector Notes:
This issue contains some of the earliest material created for Pewfell, back in the mid-1990's. It's mostly one-off strips and short stories, compiled to introduce you to the characters and setting. Enjoy!
