As Superman and Batman occupy the Premier League of super-heroes so Flash and Green Lantern are slightly lower in status though not by much. Both enjoyed Golden Age (1940s/1950s) runs of comics and Green Lantern hit new heights in the 1970s in the team-ups with Green Arrow starting with #76, the comic that was said to usher in a new Age of Comics, the Bronze Age.
Green Lantern #1 is considered a Major Key issue.
Green Lantern #76 is considered a Key issue.
(All American Comics #16 you would have to call a Super Key issue).
