Demo was originally a well-received twelve-issue Maxi-Series by writer Brian Wood and artist Becky Cloonan, published from 2003-2004 by AiT/Planet.
In 2007, after the publishing rights to Demo had reverted back to the creators, DC's imprint, Vertigo, was named the publisher. Vertigo reprinted the original series in a Trade Paper Back in 2008 and then published this 6 issue Mini-Seriesin 2010.
