This Catwoman One-Shot evolved out of a 1996 DC series called Scare Tactics. The series focused on the band Scare Tactics, which was a group of monstrous rock and roll musicians that encountered supernatural adventures while on the road. DC promoted the book in the middle of the series run by creating a series of one-shots teaming some team members with notable DC characters.
So this One-Shot was released as part of a four issue Mini-Series with further One-Shots:
